Terms of use

Learning with KamkmTeach

KamkmTeach is an AI tutoring service. You choose a Mission, work with the tutor in Sessions, and keep Lessons and other saved learning material in your Workspace.

KamkmTeach is a personal project operated by Khalil Abdelmageed Khalil Mohammed, also known as KAMKM, based in Egypt.

These proposed terms describe how you may use the service. They are a working draft and are not yet an agreement you are asked to accept.

Your access

Keep your sign-in details secure. Use your own access to the service and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for the content you submit and the links you choose to share.

This launch is for adults living in the listed countries in the Arab world, Europe, and Asia, and in the United States. You must be at least 18 and legally an adult where you live. Before signing up or using saved learning and tutoring, you must confirm that you meet these requirements. We rely on your declaration and do not independently verify your age or location.

Free and paid plans

The free plan includes one new Lesson per day, resetting at midnight UTC, and chat without a monthly reply allowance. The first paid plan is USD 9 per month and includes 300 completed tutor replies during each paid billing month. The paid plan has no daily Lesson limit. Separately purchased credits are not offered in this release.

Each completed tutor reply counts once. Failed or partial replies do not count. The reply allowance resets at the start of the subscription's billing month, and unused replies do not carry over. Deleting saved learning does not restore a used reply or daily Lesson allowance. After using all paid replies, you can still read saved learning, review, export, and manage your account and subscription.

Checkout shows the monthly price, applicable taxes, and the next renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. The payment service sells the paid plan to you and handles checkout, payments, and applicable sales taxes. KamkmTeach provides the tutoring service. The seller's identity and purchase terms are shown before you pay.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription before its next renewal through the subscription management link in Account. Paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. For a later renewal, you can request a full refund within seven days if you have not used any paid tutor replies since that renewal.

Duplicate or incorrect charges and service failures are reviewed separately. These voluntary refund windows do not restrict cancellation, refunds, or other consumer rights required by applicable law. Request a refund at the contact address below.

The payment service provides subscription management and receipts. Refunds are processed through that service. Refunding a payment and cancelling a subscription are separate actions. We will confirm the effect on your paid access and future renewals when handling your refund request.

The tutor can make mistakes

The tutor and its learning material are generated by AI. Answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Check important facts and follow appropriate safety guidance before acting on an answer.

Use KamkmTeach for learning. Its answers do not replace advice from a qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional. Learning outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your content and saved material

Only submit material you have permission to use. Do not include another person's private information without permission, or upload confidential information you are not allowed to disclose.

To provide tutoring, KamkmTeach needs to store and process the content you submit, send relevant learning context to the AI service, and save the resulting learning material. The Privacy policy explains this flow.

AI-generated material may resemble material created for other learners and may include errors or content that requires permission to reuse. Check it before publishing or using it beyond your own learning.

Sharing is your choice

Creating a share link lets anyone with that link read the saved item without signing in. They can pass the link to someone else or keep a copy of what they see. Check the item for personal information before sharing it.

You can revoke a share link to stop future access through that link. Revoking it cannot remove copies someone has already saved.

Use the service responsibly

Do not use KamkmTeach for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, or infringement of other people's rights. Do not attempt to access someone else's learning material, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.

Rules for suspension, ending access, and handling complaints will be finalized before these terms take effect.

Before these terms take effect

The final terms will confirm prices, renewal and cancellation rules, the refund policy, and how changes to the service and these terms will be communicated.

Applicable law, dispute procedures, and any limits on liability remain to be determined. These draft terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
