Who runs KamkmTeach
KamkmTeach is a personal project operated by Khalil Abdelmageed Khalil Mohammed, also known as KAMKM, based in Egypt. The contact section below gives the current address for questions about your information.
Information used by the service
KamkmTeach uses your sign-in identity to connect you to your Workspaces. It stores the Missions you write, Session messages, saved learning material, and review activity so you can return to your learning.
Eligible learners confirm their country, age range, and legal adulthood before signing up or using learning features. Your confirmation and the time it was made are saved with your sign-in information. We do not ask for a birthday or identity document. Answers rejected by the initial form stay in your browser; that form does not ask for your email until you qualify. Your language and region preference is saved in a browser cookie and does not confirm your eligibility.
Interactive Pages can also save progress and observations you choose to share with the tutor. Service logs record operational information used to diagnose failures and protect access.
When paid plans launch, the service will also need subscription status, credit balances, and payment records to manage access and purchases. The planned payment service will collect the contact, billing, and payment information needed for checkout, receipts, taxes, and refunds. Its identity and privacy information will be provided before payment is enabled.
Why your information is used
Your learning information lets the tutor respond to your Mission, use relevant past learning, and propose a next Lesson. Saved material and review activity support search, reopening Lessons, and scheduling practice.
Sign-in information supports access control. Operational information helps run the service and investigate problems.
We use your information to provide and operate KamkmTeach, including tutoring, saved learning, support, security, and payment administration when billing launches. We do not sell your learning information, use it for advertising, or use it to train our own AI models.
What the AI tutor receives
When you use the tutor, your messages and relevant Workspace context are sent to the external AI service that generates the response. This context can include your Mission, learning history, saved material, and observations shared from an Interactive Page.
Avoid entering sensitive information that is not needed for your learning. For launch, we plan to use AI services under arrangements that do not retain the text of your requests and responses after processing. We will verify those arrangements and settings before making that promise in the final policy. They are not yet a confirmed description of the current service.
AI-service retention is separate from the learning material stored in KamkmTeach. Your saved Sessions and Lessons remain available in your Workspace. Provider handling of request content, temporary caching, usage records, and model training will be confirmed before launch.
What happens when you share
A share link makes the selected saved item readable by anyone who has the link. Viewing it does not require signing in. A recipient can forward the link or copy its contents.
You can revoke the link. This stops future access through it, but does not erase copies already made by recipients.
Where your information is processed
The backend server is hosted in France. The website is delivered through an external hosting service. Information also passes through external sign-in and AI services when you use those features.
These services may process information in other countries. The final policy will identify those locations and explain any safeguards required for international transfers. Hosting the backend in France does not mean all information stays in France.
Cookies and browser storage
The sign-in service uses cookies to maintain your signed-in session. KamkmTeach also uses browser storage to remember interface preferences, including panel width and whether you have skipped onboarding.
Blocking sign-in cookies may prevent signed-in features from working. Clearing browser storage resets locally remembered preferences. The final policy will include the confirmed cookie inventory and any consent choices required for the release.
Your learning controls
You can download all your saved learning through Account, including archived Workspaces, Session transcripts, practice history, and review preferences. You can also export an individual Session transcript, revoke share links, and permanently delete Workspaces, Sessions, or saved items. Archiving keeps material stored so you can restore it later. Sign-in and payment records held by other services are separate from the learning download.
When account deletion is enabled, Account lets you permanently close your sign-in account and remove all your saved learning and shared links from the live service. We retain a small record that prevents a closed account from being used again. Deletion does not erase copies recipients have already saved, operational logs, backups, or records held by other services. Retention periods and removal from backups will be finalized before launch. You can contact us with a request concerning your information.
You can remove your eligibility confirmation in Account. This blocks new learning requests and keeps your saved work. A tutor reply already in progress may finish. You can still download your learning data or close your account. You may confirm again if you meet the launch requirements. Contact us if your age or location was recorded incorrectly or you need help removing your information.
Age and country requirements
This launch is for people in the listed countries in the Arab world, Europe, and Asia, and in the United States, who are at least 18 and legally adults where they live. People under 18, people who are not legally adults, and people living outside the listed countries cannot sign up or use learning features. Parent or guardian permission does not provide an exception for this launch.
Before this policy takes effect
This working draft describes the current learning flow and clearly labelled launch plans. It is not a final privacy notice. The final policy will confirm the service providers and the countries where information is processed.
It will also explain the applicable grounds for processing, retention periods, children's privacy, and rights and complaint routes under the laws that apply. No effective date has been set.
